WHAT IS GRASSROOTS?

 More than somewhere to spend the day.


GrassRoots is a welcoming, hands-on day service for adults with learning disabilities, where people can make things, learn practical skills, be creative, build friendships and feel part of something.


From woodworking and gardening to arts and crafts, every session is about giving people the opportunity to do, create and achieve for themselves.


Open to men and women aged 18+.

 Come for a full day or just a morning or afternoon. There's no requirement to attend every day, choose sessions that work for you. 

Full day £60 | Half day £30

🎨 ARTS & CRAFTS

Practical & creative sessions for adults with learning disabilities.   Your first taster session is completely free.  Book on as a half or full day trainee!

Full day £55 | Half day £27.50

A DAY AT GRASSROOTS

9am : Arrive & get settled
Morning : Get stuck into your project
12pm : Lunch & social time
Afternoon : Carry on creating
3pm : Head home
